EGO: 3 WORDS FOR 2016
"Heather, Thanks for your comment. Palle Frid Svensson and I have made the following statement on TeaParty.nu blog: "This site does not belong to a political party or the modern tea party movement in any form, shape or manner. That said, we will write posts on politics and the tea party movement and talk about the Boston Tea Party in 1773. You could read about our fundamental ideas under the Tea Tank section. [Editor's note: You could view it like a new and fresh type of think tank!] We will create an open forum with discussions on tea and entrepreneurship for business minded individuals at our Tea Club meetings." I often get the question at mingles, mixers and event: "Are you supporter of the Tea Party movement (seeing my hoodie or cap)?" And I reply: No, but... ;) It is conversation (kick) starter and as you say, it is memorable. I get the opportunity to tell them the story of the historical Boston Tea Party and the parallels with today's politics. Best Premises, Martin P.S. You could also see a tea party as a celebration / event / tea ceremony / gathering etc. ... :) Think Mad Hatter ongoing tea party... ;)"EGO: 3 WORDS FOR 2016
"Addendum: If my stance for tea and the Boston Tea Party is creating a storm in teapot (teacup), well, let it be. If it is not someones cup of tea, he / she could stick to some other beverage... ;) I welcome a discussion / debate, adding additional 2 cents to the conversation, anytime. I am for free speech! :) I am the real "honest tea" (pun intended) enthusiast out there in cyberspace and at tea parties. All the Best, Martin P.S. Thanks for spreading the good word re. my crowd-funding campaign for my first forthcoming book on tea. :)"Subscribe
