Sometimes it’s really challenging to be courageous. When you can’t predict the outcome, it can be scary to put your neck on the line, be vulnerable, or take a leap of faith.
But the second part of being a true leader is demonstrating courage.

I'd agree courage is important for any entrepreneur and notice you've focused on a couple of other important characteristics in your other posts. I'm wondering if anyone in the community has another important entrepreneurial characteristic to add.
