In a past blog entry I did a while back, I mentioned that social media can be used for customer service, along with a few other things, instead of the reason that most businesses will join a social media network which is for generating leads. We are seeing more companies willing to use social media for customer service and sometimes it can all be done with one account like Facebook; however, on other platforms, like Twitter for instance, you might need to create a separate account to handle the customer service. Either way you choose to work it there are a few things that you must keep in mind when implementing customer service into a social media.
