...Big, slow, loping organizations. That reminds me of what they taught us as kids about big Dinosaurs like the Brontosaurus. Supposedly, they were so big, they had a 2nd smaller brain in the base of their spine to make their back legs move. While it's probably no longer thought of that way (i.e. we were told a dumb lie), I always loved to liken it to how big organizations work - the 'head' brain isn't too sure what the 'butt' brain is doing!!!

(Sorry, I couldn't resist - I've been holding this one in for almost 50 years!)
