As many contributors here at BizSugar have noted, social media can be a powerful force for small business on the Internet, but using any social media is about so much more than simply posting some content based on your products or services. In fact, it's about building a community, something many people are aware of, and then about managing that community, something we here at BizSugar are very aware of, to make sure it remains the kind of place your customers, business partners and connections want to be. Sometimes this management process is easier said than done. We thought we'd a have a bit of fun by taking some cues from Elizabethan England to show you that, while technology has changed, the art of creating and maintaining a community and nurturing relationships really hasn't. Enjoy!
