Looks like this study explodes a pretty big myth...again! I'm wondering, from your own insights. Do you think the kind of product or service makes a difference? Does social drive sales more effectively for some businesses than for others? If so, how do you go about determining whether your product, service or brand is a good fit? Is there a way to determine whether your social efforts would be better spent simply raising brand awareness or actively trying to drive sales?
