Interesting how you have the timing and I agree that for busy people a lot needs to be scheduled and you can't be on Social Media 24/7. However sometimes a response is needed asap and not just in your scheduled time put aside for social media. If a question is asked by a potential client and you don't get in with your answer first then a competitor may answer before you. Just something to consider. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com

Thanks for your comment Sian. I totally agree with you on that issue, but for things like that there are (or should be) some kind of alert systems. I wanted to point out that social media managers should not stare at facebook timelines in the hope of a comment from a fan ;-)
