How to overcome adversity when things don't go right in the "techie' world
So here we went again on the merry go round of dealing with a company thousands of miles away, in a time zone with a 5 hour difference and no phone numbers to call…everything is done via support tickets. They said they had a backup and would rebuild it so again I waited, and waited, and waited checking my email every morning hoping to see the one that said my support ticket was updated.
