I'm convinced this continues to be a huge problem -- for many small business owners. However, there are some dangers here. Most of the time when the issue is raised, we hear some version of the need to learn to value yourself and what you do. But how can a small business owner avoid self-dillusion? What if there is truly a problem with a product or service? What if there is a real reason a business is not growing and it comes down to something more than just a self-value problem? How can a small business owner be realistic about what needs improvement without being negative?

Often times, when someone is taking their business to the next level, they will come up against some barriers (ie money/self value paradigms) that will need to be addressed - no matter what level someone is at in their business. Whether someone is making their first six figures; multi six figures; or even shifting through to seven figures. Each stage of business growth will require shifts in mindset. This is quite normal; the only difference between someone who breaks through to the next level, is someone who continues moving forward and doesn't let their mindset keep them stuck. Does that help?
