A few weeks ago I made a huge leap of logic that turned out to be quite wrong. I changed the time when I usually submit an article to a site thinking that the change of routine was not an issue. I was wrong and here are 3 tips to help you not make the same mistake.

Your intention in making the change was to figure out a way to get the maximum return for your work. Nothing wrong with that. And the truth is that sometimes, for various reasons, a blogger may decide to change the flow or schedule of the content being produced. Again, nothing wrong with that as long as the blogger gives his or her readers enough time to adjust to the change...
It may be in your case that consistently sticking to the new submission time *would* result in gains down the road, but you would have to wait through the transition period to find that out.

The thing with my mistake was that it was based on wrong information and a whim. It wasn't the timing of my blog post but a site I submit them to after I post on my own site. I am all for tweaking things but if you are getting great results then making a major change does need to be based on more than a whim.
Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for your comment and while I agree with you we should always be mindful of what can be done to get better results, one step at a time.
