Hi Margaret, Good luck with the resolutions! I think your point around negotiation rarely being purely rational is well made. As regards my resolutions, last year it was all about the business so this year I’m planning to make this year more about me. I've given up the cigarettes, will take good bit of time off and will only work with clients that well that I really want to work with.
