Gary is asked via video messaging what could cause the extinction of the real estate agent as we know it. Gary begins by saying he thinks there’s a false sentiment in the market that has to do with technology eliminating humans. He says he believes that technology sets up the humans that understand how to use it to get themselves ahead of the other humans who don’t. He continues to say that the thing that eliminates the real estate agents now is their own lack of innovation and their lack of adjusting to the innovations at hand they could be using. He says that every time new innovation comes around, it kills off the prior animal unless the animal is able to adjust to it.
