Nice post Jennie! Analytics is such a critical tool and so many of us are using it badly. One place where I believe that it can be extremely insightful in in tracking user experience. Most sites are designed with specific call to action in mind, and analytics can be used to establish whether on not customers are doing what you would like them to do. If not! then redevelop and redesign, launch and analyse. The process should be continued until your website is performing to its optimal.
