Hi Dawn,

I think most business owners, B2B or otherwise, would agree heavy lifting goes with the job. Of course, working smart is as important as working hard. I think this post is an excellent action plan for getting businesses started on the road to working smarter and harder. Thanks for sharing it with the BizSugar community.

Thank you for your comment Heather. I agree that heavy lifting goes with the job. Having said that, I still run into business owners that harbor the hope that there is some kind of marketing tactic that will somehow get the results they want, allow them to forget about marketing for another 6 months until they need to generate more leads. Prospects don't work that way as we know. Thanks again for the kind words and here's to working smarter and harder in the new year! :)
