Seeking out individual donations for your event, charity or fundraising effort is the hallmark of any successful campaign, but getting businesses in your community to support you is just as crucial for an event that people will remember.

I'm currently brainstorming business ideas and I'm particularly leaning on an event handling business. Thanks for these information!

Arwin Adriano: Great list to check mark before an event. I will use it as a preparation for our Boston Afternoon Tea Party on December 16, celebrating the historical Boston Tea Party in Gothenburg, Sweden. We want to connect tea enthusiasts! :)

Do you have tips on a good tool for signing up participants? I have heard about Eventbrite, but I haven't checked it out yet. I used a service called SimpleSignup last time.

I think you should try Eventbrite as well, looks like they have a good support in my opinion.
