Excuses can run our lives if we let them. Our behaviors and thoughts become aligned and before we know it we're in a cycle with no way out. Time to do a little self checking.

Hi Jackie,

My favorite line is: "Safe Can Make You Unhappy." It sure can be true, but it's hard to think of things that way. Sometimes you've gotta get outside your comfort zone. It's as simple as that.
