Lately, there has been an ongoing debate if SEO truly encompasses all that it is meant to or should an alternate term such as inbound marketing be used to replace the popular acronym of search engine optimization.

Inbound marketing all the way. In my opinion, SEO is for the birds. Well, I guess it would depend on your niche, business model and other variables. All I know is that when I was doing SEO my traffic sucked and I barley made any commissions. But when I started focusing on inbound marketing and building relationships, my traffic skyrocketed and my commissions picked up too.
