Boss and Leader: The Difference
There is no position where powerful leadership is needed more than in a stressful start-up atmosphere in which the likelihood is most placed against you, and huge initiatives to obtain and sustain grip are needed every day, not every quarter. So I see the difference between the two therapies an essential one to create. Bosses adhere to a preordained program and described positions, connoting little else but hierarchal power and nearing their initiatives in the perspective of their own careers—their settlement, individual objectives, position on the common totem rod.
FOR A NEW BUSINESS, LEADERS ARE REQUIRED, NOT BOSSES
