Face-to-face networking is an essential element for small business, but it's extremely daunting, not to mention how do you remember everyone's names? I devised my Networking Rule of 3 to make it easier and get better results.

Interesting networking strategy, Birdie. Thanks for sharing. Certainly a better idea than rushing around at a networking event trying to meet a larger number of people in a much more peripheral way. If you can't meet enough people using the rule of three at each networking function you attend, maybe you're not attending enough of them.
