Wouldn't it be nice if every project or sale ran perfectly, resulting in only satisfied customers? Sounds like Heaven, doesn't it? But, sometimes reality steps in and we have to deal with dissatisfied customers. Handling negative customer feedback quickly and efficiency becomes critical.
