Warning – rant enclosed!
I just got back from a family vacation in San Diego. We spent a week going to the Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and Sea World. The experience was full of fun and we made a lot of great memories. This blog is about the trip there, and how our national airline treated us as customers.
Air Canada – Why do we let our country’s name go on such a poor airline?

Thanks for sharing. Great rant on lousy customer service. I guess the real question is, if cost cutting is their aim, why didn't anyone consider how to deal with the customer service problems that might arise? Of course, cutting costs is sometimes a necessity in business, especially in hard economic times. But if customer experience is aloud to degrade as a result than revenue will keep dropping until soon it will be time to cost cut again. Cutting costs is only part of the equation when fighting decreased profitability.
