Interesting post. I agree about follow up and it is important nit to leave it up to your potential customers. One example I saw was a company gave away a tral product and did not even ask for any customer information. Another had a demo, gave a sample and typed in the customer information straight away as they were talking with them. The first complany lost many potential leads.
