We are so used to accepting all job loads, without thinking through the type of customers we are dealing with. "This is a new concept to me. :) I have heard about somebody mentioning this before but I have remained skeptic about that. It's mind provoking that when we stand at the viewpoint as a business maker, this is exactly what keeps people coming back and wanting more.
