Crowdsourcing, a combination of the terms “Crowd” + “Outsourcing”, is the practice of companies, business owners or even individuals, making an open call to a broad community of people to help them solve a particular problem.

I have +1ed the post so I can go back to it later on. I want to test out the leverage mechanics of crowdsourcing when I start my think tank called JantePolisen (Jante Law Police in Swedish). The mission is to recruit individuals to the mission of "going after the bad guys with the Tall poppy syndrome." The focus will be to highlight individuals who dare to stand up for themselves and say that they are proud of their work and achievements in life.
