Technology. SEO. iPhones. Blah. Blah. Blah.

You might be a techie, but don't speak above your customers...you might just lose them (and me) along the way.

Hi Yoni,

Even if you are into technology I think the true communicators speak the language of their customers and the simpler the better.

Susan,

It's a tough line to walk. One has to speak a language that technically oriented people understand while still being understood by the lowest common denominator. Folks like me who until a couple of years ago thought HTML was an abbreviation for Hotmail. I'm serious!

Good one, Yoni!

I checked his other videos on the side-bar - he's consistent: the same set-up w/the mic boom and guitar, and the same "lo-tech" background in all the shots (in what appears to be his own basement).

Thanks Duncan,

I wanted to find something fun that expresses my view of technology.

I see endless posts about the newest tech gems, all kind of mumbo-jumbo about iPhone 5, 6, 7, 8 and who knows? SEO. White hat. Black hat. Whatever the heck that is.

Businesspeople can do all of the tech-talk that they want. But there are still people like the cool guy in the video and me who don't carry cellphones, prefer licking a stamp to sending an email and have no idea what people are saying when they speak about cloud computing, QR codes and androids. Somewhere along the line, businesspeople have to speak my/his/our language or we will go to someone else who speaks what we want to hear.

Thanks for checking out the vid and for your vote ;)
