No one likes to talk about the mistakes they make. Mistakes at work, mistakes at home, doesn't matter, thinking about our mistakes is not pleasant and easily brushed to the back of our mind. I am as guilty of this as the next person.

I make mistakes too... and I want to be more transparent about them. It's really frustrating when you know something's gone wrong with a vendor and yet the vendor won't own up to it.

Mistakes are awesome. I learn from them all the time. I might just be the most educated person in the world by now, and I plan on making many more mistakes and learning lots more.
