Isn't it funny that Google gives so much lip-service to desiring only high quality content, when their own Adsense ads look like a tour through the Guggenheim Museum of Spam (i.e. Crazy Guggenheim from 'Joe the Bartender' closing the old Jackie Gleason variety show from Miami).

It is quite ironic. Unfortunately they hold the reigns. Trying to get as much traffic directed to your page without Google is a good idea, but let's face it, without good Google Search results you're more or less toast.
