Looking back, getting our business off the ground was not the hard part. Getting our website up and attracting customers was not that hard either.

The hardest part about running our online store was overcoming the loneliness of the entire process.

I can so definitely relate to this. When I first started with my online venture, my family doubted me. They kept telling me to just focus on my studies. But when the cash started flowing, they've later come to terms that there really is money in the internet. Now, they're working as freelancers too just like me.

As sad as it may be sometimes, you offer great and accurate insight to the emotional side of starting a business. We will always find that those closest to us will have doubts about our business. That's why it's best when starting a business, we surround ourselves with other aspiring business owners. If we start building our own entrepreneurial community in the early stages of our business, we'll find the support we need to keep motivated and bounce ideas off of.
