A very informative post! It's true that the trend is toward group decision making and coordinated teamwork in business. Aside from my work I'm studying IS Management at college, and it's a cohort based curriculum with deliverables including business plans, IT proposals, etc. rather than homework. It's a complete reversal of the typical college experience, and it's meant to emulate the trends you mention in your post. It's the wave of the future! Thanks for the great post.
