Point number three is an important one. It probably should be added that, even when you have enough money, hiring the right people may be trickier than you think. Bringing the right people into your organization is about more than being able to pay huge salaries. It’s about judgment, and it’s about finding people with the drive, determination, and passion to help you meet your business goals.
