Erik, these tools are interesting. I've heard of Topsy but not the others. I think the $300/mo benchmark is high though for small businesses. There are so many choices out there but you do get what you pay for too. Too many choose the FREE versions and don't get the full benefits of the programs. Having social analytics is key today! Thanks for sharing these.
