Here is a question that I hear all the time: “Should I be on every major social network?” The answer is no.
Things are different for someone like me because my job is to help you with social media. So, having many profiles is part of the deal.
Should I be on every major social network?

Thank you for sharing this article. I think that it depends on how you are using each platform, if in fact, you are using each platform.
Some may find that Facebook is too much of a personalized avenue for certain aspects of their online businesses (as I do), while others may feel like something like FB suits them very well for their particular industry.
For my insurance business, I find that I specifically utilize FB and Twitter-- and not really for my personal use as a result; however, my use of LinkedIn if strictly professional and my Instagram seems somewhat more so catered toward use of my family and close friends, my travel website and beauty blog.
Do what works for you, but I have realized that in this day and age it is critical to have an online presence with all platforms of social media-- so long as it aligns well with your overall goals for exposure.
My very best,
Nerissa Scott
