Last week I did a video while teaching a social media boot camp for Ford as a demo. The video was titled “Don’t Feed the Trolls.” In Peter Thomas’ book “Never Fight With a Pig” he reminds us that pigs want us to get in the mud with them, they love it and they’re much better at rolling around in the mud than us.
Trolls aren’t much different. In our book Sociable! Stephen Jagger and I had the following to say about Trolls:
