BMW really don't understand social media or how to use it! Are they arrogant or innocent?? I did warn them and their brand is about to take a PR hiding. If you don't use Social Media properly, it can bite you and hard!

I'm still confused (like in my last comment/question about BMW).
Empire Avenue is a game.
Has BMW failed at Social Media in the real world, or just in the game - I still don't get it?
