Yes, it is all about getting used to waking up early.
If we go back couple of years ago, I wouldn't have believed that I'm working out this seriously. But apparently even big (and good) changes are possible, if you are truly motivated :)

Now I have my own business I still get up early (although not at 5 am) to exercise. That said I do admire you exercising especially in your winter months.
