It is good that you have pointed out the importance of a purpose. But is shouldn't be "bigger than ourselves" according to my view. The starting point in an organization is the individual. You should trade values with your fellow co-workers and partners. Your point is another indication that I have to compile a trader manifesto sometime in the future.
