Why bother with documentation? Why not just do everything by rote every time you need to complete a task? Documentation can come in handy in a variety of different ways.

Thursday: Have you tested the personal kanban workflow system with physical bulletin boards, or the online version like Trello?

I have used Trello. It just didn't scale as well as I would have liked, especially when dealing with teams. It seems like a great system when your brain is wired that way (and the same is true of your team). Thanks!
