Yes it's true that the key is hard work. And I do mean conscious hard work. There are some people who are sort of extraordinary on their own, naturally, but for them the hard work comes in when they must try to capitalize on their natural gifts. I think it's even harder for these people to do this than for the average person to consciously become extraordinary. What do you think?
