I got an early notice about this post just yesterday and thought hey now doesn’t that make some sense!

What am I talking about here – or rather what is Ron Neumann the ex-head of our #HamOnt Innovation Factory is talking about is the generally accepted tenet that for any company to do well, to excel, they need to talk to their customers.
