In the past I’ve used dozens of Fiverr seo gigs. Some were complete crap and most were just ok! I won't suggest Fiverr for seo, try SEOClerks.com, way better services and freelancers.

There are some good deals and helpful gigs available, but you have to wade through a lot of garbage to find them.

I think this was a mix of both and in my own opinion everyone does the same also, it just depends on who you pick to work with.

Thanks for pointing of the pitfalls and opportunities on Fiverr! I mentioned it to a person who wanted to have an logotype sometime ago, and she wondered about the pricing. "Could you really get a logotype for $5?" I responded: You get what you pay for, but Fiverr have been successful in attracting people who could be commissioned at a low rate. It is a great example on how trade could work on a global scale. The logotypes / blog banners I have ordered, have had the Fiverr price X 30, but it is a whole other story... ;) For your information: I am very pleased with the results and it have lead to other positive things too...

Fiverr teaches you how to make money on Fiverr using never-seen-before traffic generation techniques and promotional methods. And Considering the considerate press fiverr is receiving you'd have to be living under a rock to have not heard of fiverr but not what small business owner's should take serious.
