Stephanie: Nice short video format! I am a certified networker, so I have learned about referral marketing. It is a challenge to tell your referral partners and business contacts how look out for references for your part. I have books by Dr. Ivan Misner, but not by Bob Burg yet. I listened to a fascinating interviewed with him by John Jantsch some ti . me ago.
