Most small business owners that I have talked to lack the confidence when it comes to creating a viral marketing tips. They were intimidated by the big budgets that their big corporate competitors have. What they didn't realize is that small businesses do have their advantages. One of them will be the absence of bureaucracy, allowing them to be nimble.

Definitely a great interview. My favorite social media outlet and the one I've gotten the most mileage out of so far is LinkedIn. But it can be great to be an early adopter as well. Don't forget this little social group we're all involved in--I'm talking about BizSugar, of course--could be a major social tool in its own right. All it takes to tip the scales is passionate users and often the most influential are those who are the first in. Tell a friend!
