I love testing out tools and figuring out what can be improved on a web page based on the data that the tool provides. I see that HotJar has a free version so I'll be testing that one out on a client site. I already knew about SEMrush and GetResponse which are fabulous tools also. I've used GetResponse for a client before and really liked their setup; especially their integrated functionalities like webinars and all. SEMrush is awesome for competitor analysis amongst other things.
