I'd agree that for the most part a potential customer only wants to hear about how you will solve their problem. The only place I can see for deeper talk about the process of what you do or about your accomplishments might be in the area of credibility. How am I to have faith in you without some idea of your credentials? But how can business owners communicate this without coming off like a bore?
