Doesn't is seem that many processes companies use are seldom checked to see if they still fit the times. Even good habits go bad.

Who does not like to be successful? Who does not like to have his/or her own luxury in having things?

Being successful depends entirely upon the shoulder of the manager in which how he/she manage his/her employee and more.

All great examples, Susan. Any advice for how to come up with these approaches that simplify your business? They are the kinds of things that seem like no-brainers after wards, but coming up with them in your own business is the challenge. Love to hear your suggestions in the BizSugar community.

Hi Heather,

Upfront I should say this is what my business does. Helping business simplify. If you are doing it yourself, take a step back, be prepared to change which many don't do. One key is to always look at it from a customer's perspective and look at each element of your business to see what can be simplified and if it will benefit your business as well. Also look at your competitors and get ideas from other industries.
