I am a systems girl. I like methodical, organized, logical. It makes sense to me. I couldn’t imagine being any other way.

I get distressed by businesses that fly by the seat of their pants. Seriously… it does my head in.

I'm divided on this Jackie.

Like you, I like the comfort of a well-oiled system I can rely on - but I need to be careful I'm not so locked-in I don't see the forest through the trees.

I can see where you're coming from Duncan. The best systems are always designed with flexibility. They're a framework to provide consistency, and check points.
