Goals setting
Leader and managers must be very good at setting and achieving goals.
Why? Because the role of the leader and manager is to help achieve the ultimate “long range vision” of the organisation as a whole. And in order to do that, the leader-manager must break that long range vision into smaller, subset goals, each one forming a smaller, subset piece of the big picture. Leader- manager must be good at taking visions and breaking them down into goals.
Question: Are your managers good at taking large goals and breaking them down into smaller subset goals, and then achieving each one in turn? How would you help a person to do that?
If you want to know the answer, then please, read on .......
