It can sometimes be difficult to be a manager:

Not only must you have a high degree of technical knowledge, but you must also be able to manage the emotions and behaviour of individual members.

In addition you must also be able to manage the conflicts and moods that can affect the teams performance as “a unit”.
And you must be able to plan, prioritise and organise the work.

So, it is true to say that the role of a manager can be a difficult one.
