If you’re given this valuable opportunity to move up and start a real career with a company, make sure you take it seriously. If at the end of your internship, you are asked to stay on as a full-time employee, then you are lucky. There are few companies that will encourage interns to apply for full-time jobs after their period of internship relapses. If you are given such an opportunity, you will be very productive since you have experience with the company.
