Really helpful and I think also of interest to startups who want to build a business that can be sold some day as opposed to just a form of freelancing based only on the owner's expertise. Obviously, the point is to build a revenue generator hopefully with a process that can be learned and repeated by a new owner whether or not the original entrepreneur is still involved.
